Mike was looking to take ServiceTracker to the next level. With a major opportunity on the horizon, he was keen to make sure the business was ready to step up. The opportunity in question would challenge the current structure and processes. It also required multiple deployments in quick succession.
During a short-term engagement, a review of the business approach and structure was undertaken. From this, new standard plans and templates were drawn up, to allow for quicker and more structured customer rollouts. These also included the ability to grow and shrink depending on the size and scale of the roll out.
An assessment of everyone’s roles and responsibilities was also undertaken to make sure everyone was focused on the end goal, as some individuals were crossing over.
Business support processes were updated and material was created. Support was also provided for defining the future business strategy, financial reviews and costs of the new approaches.
